There are several reasons that more deaths are happening. Many states have allowed the speed limits to rise by five miles an hour or more, on our nation's highways. Most people drive at least five miles over that limit so speed is an issue.

These tests should never be used to judge our students. They should only be use to find out what the kids need to work on, and then they should get help for those issues. A one day snapshot does not tell anything about a student.

Let these states that don't want work within the Constitution secede. They would get no federal funds of any kind. No money for natural disasters, schools, roads, etc... would be allowed. These former states would collapse very quickly.

Schools need to change the way the are teaching math. They need to go back to the basics before asking kids to understand complicated concepts. They need books that have examples and better instructions. The books that my kids used gave them problems with no instructions.
